Choice of products
Ordering online is very simple.
The articles on sale are divided into categories. Besides each photo are the name, the description and the weight of the product. For further information on the product you can click on “product file” where you will find more details and a larger photo of the article.
Next to the price you will find the icon “add to shopping cart”, with which you can add the chosen product to your shopping cart.
Every time you choose a product your virtual shopping cart window will open and you will be able to see the type, number and total price of the products you have chosen. You can change the quantity for each article, remove a single article or remove all the articles by clicking on “empty shopping cart”. From here you can proceed to order by clicking on “order now” or you can go back to the list of products by clicking on “back to catalogue”.
Order form
Fill out each field and choose the address you want your order delivered to.
You will then see a list of the products you have chosen to order, and the total cost including the postage fee. If you have ordered any gift baskets, you can choose different delivery addresses for each basket by clicking on the icon next to it (the Polla van) and filling out the form.
Select the method of payment you prefer and click on “order now” to complete your order.
If you choose to pay by credit card you will be automatically transferred to the bank website which guarantees security and where you will need to fill out a form with your credit card information.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order with a list of the items bought. If you have chosen to pay via “bank transfer” you will receive all the necessary bank details. If you have chosen to pay by credit card or by cash on delivery your order will be processed right away. You will be contacted by phone to arrange the day and time of delivery.
When the order is shipped, you will receive another e-mail with the shipment number and the link to the SDA Courier website so you can check the status of you order.
