Privacy Policy (Article 13 Ex Ord. 196/2003 (Commercial terms and conditions)
According to article 13 of Executive Order n. 196/2003, and in relation to the personal information (full name, date and place of birth; address; phone numbers; company name; national insurance number; VAT number; bank details, etc.) you need to give us when buying our products online, we inform you of the following:
1. Your personal information will be used for the following purposes:
a) in the company’s tax reviews and accountancy, for client administration, for the management of our suppliers’ contracts, for payment and legal purposes.
b) for the advertisement of our products
2. In relation to the purposes stated in item 1, your personal information may be treated manually or through the use of computers or electronic equipment, and it may be registered, memorised, organised, elaborated, selected, compared, extracted, communicated, erased, and destroyed.
3. A written consent for the treatment of your personal information is not necessary with regards to the uses listed under letter a)
4. For the treatment of your personal information in regard to the purposes stated under letter b) item 1, the clients’ written and optional consent is necessary for the company to send commercial information through automated telephone calls and electronic means such as e-mail, telefax, MMS, SMS or others.
5. The Owner of your personal information is the Company which does not have a person responsible for the treatment of personal information.
6. Your personal information may be communicated to the following categories: couriers or delivery services, banks, postal services, professional accountants, consultants or solicitors for accountancy purposes, fiscal purposes, legal controversies and credit recovery; IT consultants and companies whose job is to check and update the company’s IT system. Please know that the above cited companies to which we may pass on your personal information will become owners of said information.
7. Your personal data will be known to the above said professionals who may need it in order to do the work the company asks of them.
8. Your personal information is not and will not be disclosed.
9. The law guarantees the client a series of rights (art. 7 Executive Order 196/2003), among which the right to legitimately deny the treatment of one’s personal information, the right to know from the company if they have one’s personal information and exactly which information they have; the right to know how the company got hold of one’s personal information and to what use and purposes such information is used; the right to remain anonymous, and to obtain the cancellation or the destruction of personal information which has been treated in violation of the law, or the certification and the update, if one is interested, of one’s personal data.
Knowing that my personal information may be used to send me commercial communications through such means as e-mail, telefax, Sms, or Mms or other, I declare that I agree to receive such communications.

Methods of Payment
We accept the following credit cards: Visa/Cartasì (not Electron), Mastercard, American Express. It is also possible to pay with a bank transfer or by cash on delivery.
Online payment by credit card:
The payment is immediately verified by the bank and the order is processed straight away.
Payment by bank transfer:
In this case the order will be processed as soon as the company receives confirmation from the bank or as soon as the bank slip is faxed to us.
Cash on delivery:
The order is processed straight away, and payment is to be made upon receiving the ordered goods.

Delivery
The Oleificio Polla has chosen to use SDA Express Courier, one of the leading express courier companies. The products are packaged directly by our company in compliance with the current EU packaging regulations. Deliveries are made usually within 72 hours from time of dispatch, which is usually preannounced by phone to ensure that the client is home to receive the package. Postage costs are 9.00 Euros for anywhere in Italy and vary for other EU or extra-EU countries. It is thus very important to indicate the country where you want the goods delivered to in order for us to calculate, according to the weight of the package, the total postage costs. The company also needs a billing address. This information will be treated as described in the above privacy policy. It is possible to have the goods delivered to an address that differs from the billing address, for example to a workplace or to a relative’s or friend’s house, or when purchasing gift baskets for friends or clients.

Guarantee
On-line sales are equivalent to sales by catalogue under the discipline of Law 85, 1999.
In short, if the client is unhappy with the goods received:
he must send back the goods whole and in their original packaging;
he must prove that the goods he bought are faulty, if so is the reason of his miscontent;
he has the right to change his mind within ten days from placing the order in which case he must notify the supplier by registered mail and send back the goods, in this case at his own expense.
