The Polla Family has been producing in its own oil-mill in Liguria since 1875. In the first years of the 20th century, Nicolò Polla opens the Loano's premises. Nicolò's heirs still produce an excellent olive oil in the old oil-mill in Toirano, fully respecting the old traditions.

The Company

The Polla Agricultural Holding was born directing the maximum attention to quality and authenticity. The company cultivates olives, which are selected and gathered by hand within our territories of Toirano and in the areas of Boissano, Casanova Lerrone, Arnasco within the province of Savona and in the areas of Villa Faraldi, San Bartolomeo, Chiappa and Garzelli within the province of Imperia.

The Oleificio Polla Nicolò also offers its own line of mouth-watering gift packs: you can choose among hampers, crates and tasting boxes, ready and hand-picked; or you can customize them by choosing among all our products, such as the pesto sauce, the olives' pate, pickled olives, the handmade pasta...
