Obtained by mixing the cooked must and concentrate of typical grapes and wine vinegar, refined in delicately fragranced oak casks. Easy to pour, dark, shiny, with a bitter-sweet taste, tending towards bitter.
It is optimum for salads, raw dips, vegetables in general and for every dish and palate that needs a more notable vinegar.
