Pigato d.o.c. wine

From the Pigato vineyard in the Finale Ligure area (Varigotti, in the province of Savona); a dry white wine, full flavoured, with a persistent, pleasantly bitter bouquet and a distinct hint of ripe peaches and honey.

A perfect match for  fish dishes, crustaceans, sea food, oysters and antipasti.

The alcohol content fluctuates between 11.5 and 13.5% and the total acidity between 5 and 6.5‰.

Serve chilled.
